At Bayo Goal, all products are made to order. Because each item is custom-produced once an order is placed, all sales are final.

No Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Wrong size selected

• Change of mind

• Preference or fit issues

• Delays caused by shipping carriers

Please review product descriptions and size charts carefully before completing your purchase.

No Refunds

Refunds are not available once an order has been placed and production has started.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the issue

We will review the case and, if approved, offer a replacement (refunds are not issued).

Incorrect Address

Bayo Goal is not responsible for orders lost or undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because items are made to order, changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of purchase. After that, production begins and the order cannot be modified.
